Templates and Advices

During JEEP2025, you will have the opportunity of presenting your activities as oral conferences or posters.

In both cases, you will need to send an abstract based on the following template : Template

Please indicate the preferred contribution type in your abstract and save it with the name recommended in the template.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR ORAL PRESENTATIONS

• the time allocated is 30 minutes (20 minutes of presentation followed by 10 minutes of questions)
• the presentation file (PowerPoint or PDF) can either be opened on a computer made available to you or on your personal computer connected directly to the projection via VGA or HDMI cable
  
• a pointer will be provided

INSTRUCTIONS FOR POSTERS

• upon your arrival, your poster (maximum A0 format) can be hung on the dedicated grid provided for you
  

The scientific committee will award young researchers (oral and poster).
